Why this exists
After the Eaton Fire, more than 1,673 households were displaced. Nearly 30% earn less than $2,000/month — below what a studio costs in Altadena. The fastest way to keep our most vulnerable neighbors from permanent displacement is to match what they need with what's actually being built. That requires us to collect the demand honestly, track the pipeline transparently, and connect both to the resources already on the ground.
